Greek Salad

























Adjust the ingredients in a salad to your personal preference


Romaine lettuce
Tomato
Red onion
Olives, black and or kalamata
Cucumber
Feta Cheese
Chickpeas
Kidney beans
Avocado

Dressing:

1 large clove garlic - finely minced
1/2 cups olive oil
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
